Sistema Poland, one of the leading logistics operators in automotive sector in Poland, has extended its lease agreement at GLP Gliwice Logistics Center.
Sistema Poland is the largest Polish supplier of comprehensive logistics services for the automotive industry. The company has been operating on the Polish market since 1994 and currently employs approximately 1,500 people in 11 locations throughout Poland.
GLP Gliwice Logistics Center is a modern warehouse facility located within Katowice Special Economic Zone. Currently, the complex comprises ca. 51,000 sqm of high-quality distribution space, and 13,115 sqm of which are occupied by Sistema Poland. In total, the company occupies 220,000 sqm of warehouse space and 260,000 of industrial one in all of its premises.
The transaction has been supported by Optimum Area, a recognized and experienced advising company for ‘warehouse and industrial tenants’, specializing in finding the most suitable locations for logistics and production processes in Poland, especially in Upper Silesia.
